What we actually do

Four things, on both sides of the same market. Candidates get the profile work and the warm introduction; hiring teams get a shortlist and the compliance handled.

Start your journey
Placement

Permanent, contract and contract-to-hire. We tell you which one a given employer can realistically move on — usually the deciding fact, and invisible from outside.

Profile work

A resume a parser can read and a recruiter wants to forward. Single column, real text for every skill, tailored to the requisition rather than sprayed at forty.

Interview preparation

Prep for the specific loop you are walking into, because we have sent candidates through it before and know what that panel asks.

Sourcing & screening

For hiring teams: a shortlist with technical assessment and background verification already done, so your panel only meets people worth meeting.

Why job seekers choose Crew Connect

Compare the search alone against the search with a crew behind you.

Applying cold

What most searches look like

  • Hundreds of applications, almost no replies
  • No idea whether a role is still open
  • Resume mangled by the parser before a human sees it
  • Interviewing blind, with no read on the panel
  • Offer accepted without knowing the band
  • No visibility once you hit submit

Through a recruiter

What changes with someone inside

  • Submitted to a hiring manager who reads it
  • Told which roles are live and which are stale
  • Resume built for the parser and the requisition
  • Prepped for that specific loop, not interviews in general
  • You know the band before you see the offer
  • One point of contact through to your first week

Frequently asked questions

Everything about our placement services — anything else, just ask.

How does the placement process actually work, end to end?

A 30-minute call to understand your background and target roles, then profile work — an ATS-readable resume and a tightened LinkedIn. From there our recruiters submit you to matched openings and prepare you for each interview stage. We stay involved through offer negotiation and your first week.

How long does a placement usually take?

Most land between four and nine weeks from the first call. Speed depends more on how specific your target is than on how many applications go out — candidates with a clear role and location move fastest.

Do candidates pay anything?

No. Our fees are paid by the employer on a successful hire. If anyone asks a candidate for placement fees, that is not how legitimate staffing works.

Which roles and industries do you place into?

Software and data engineering, QA, cloud and DevOps, business and product analysis, plus finance, supply chain and IT support. Sectors skew toward banking, insurance, healthcare technology, retail and logistics.

Contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent?

All three. Permanent suits candidates who want stability from day one; contract-to-hire is often the faster route into a company that is cautious about headcount, and converts well when you perform.

What happens if a placement does not work out?

Every permanent placement carries a replacement guarantee window for the employer. For candidates, if a role ends early through no fault of your own, you go back into active search with us at no cost.

Can an employer hire for just one role?

Yes, there is no minimum. Roughly half our client engagements start as a single hard-to-fill requisition.

Got job-hunt stress or a hiring problem? We love those.

Big careers and great teams usually start with a simple message.
